A Healthy Solution

The Issue

During the COVID-19 pandemic, several Pathfinder clients (health professional colleges and associations) faced a shutdown of their practice. Their livelihood threatened, these health professionals experienced fear and uncertainty in a time of disruptive change.

Our Methodology

Pathfinder Group worked closely with the provincial government to ensure each college’s return to work protocols met or exceeded public health requirements.  

Our Solution

The work that Pathfinder Group undertook on drafting protocols and their close working relationship with the provincial government resulted in fast approvals of their return to work protocols. These health professionals were able to resume their practice both quickly and safely.
